Thank you for choosing Hotel "Mini-Bohemi!" In order to have a pleasant stay for everyone, the following rules must be observed:

1. Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days.
2. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00 the next day. In case the check-out time is not respected, the guest of the room is charged automatically. If you need an additional stay, please consult the Reception as early as possible.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building. It can only be done in the yard and adjacent terraces.
4. Please maintain silence, both in rooms and shared spaces.
5. The importation of flammable and explosive substances is strictly prohibited.
6. Entry into the building of persons who are not registered in the register of those staying at the hotel is undesirable.
7. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who are intoxicated, drugged or aggressive.
8. The presence of animals is allowed with an additional payment on site.
9. In the event of damage to accommodation rooms or common areas, the offender shall be fined an amount determined at the time by the hotel.
10. If the key is lost, the guest pays a fine of BGN 25.
11. External radiators, blowers, gas stoves and heating and cooking appliances are strictly prohibited for safety reasons in the building.
12. Forgotten items are sent to the address specified by the guest, at his expense, only upon confirmation by phone. Forgotten items in the hotel are stored up to 7 days after the guest's departure.

Online payment

1. Payment by debit/credit card via V-pos.

2. Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and Mastercard.

3. Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.

4. From the point of view of security, the maximum amount for card payment is €4,000/BGN 8,000.

5. We do not store data about the bank cards used for payment through the site.

6. If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.
